Shopping Online is Easy:
Step 1: Sign Into Your Account
Click "Sign In" at the top of the website. Once you've created an account, you'll be able to track Rewards Points, your Loyalty Programs, as well as view orders. If you are a current customer, your Rewards and Loyalty programs will automatically connect to your new online account!
Step 2: Search Our Products
Search for your products by browsing a category, looking up a brand, or using the search bar. Frozen dog, cat, and fish foods - as well as aquariums and aquarium stands - are currently only available in-store. Please visit us in-person or give us a call to learn more about the availability of those products!
Step 3: Choose Delivery or Pick Up!
Let us do the shopping for you! Once your order is submitted, we get to work! We prepare your order either for you to pick up in-store at the location nearest you, or we will deliver it to your home or office. Picking up? You will receive a notification once your order is ready! Delivery? You will receive a notification when it is out for delivery!

What is your delivery area?
Woofs and Waves’ delivery area includes Sioux Falls, Brandon, Tea and Harrisburg. We can deliver to your home or office, just include any important details in the Notes section of your order. All orders above $15 are delivered same- or next-day for FREE!! Orders less than $15 have a small delivery fee of $5.95.
Can I use and accumulate Rewards Points online?
Yes!!Online orders accumulate and Woofs Points and our Frequent Feeder program, along with monthly Astro Rewards discounts! Log in to see your Points and Frequent Feeder totals.
Frequent Feeder rewards must be redeemed in-store, but your accumulation is available with every online or in-store order!
When are deliveries made?
Deliveries made are Monday through Saturday. Orders before 2p receive same-day delivery, and others are guaranteed for next-business-day delivery!
Pickup Orders are available at your preferred location within two hours when placed during normal business hours. You will receive a notification when it is ready for pick-up. If placed after normal business hours, your order will be available the next business day.
I don’t see the item I’m looking for on your website.
Please call our Eastside store at 605-274-9663 or our Westside store at 605-271-1255 with any questions! If we don’t carry that product, we will check to see if we can get it for you. We are YOUR neighborhood pet store, and we are happy to place special orders!
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
We are here to make pet ownership easier! If you have special delivery instructions, like where to leave an order, please include them in a note at checkout. If you live in a secure building or community, please provide instructions for us to complete your delivery.
We can also deliver to your workplace if you prefer!
What happens if the wrong product is delivered?
We strive for excellence, but mistakes can happen. If there is an issue with your order, please send us a note or give us a call. We will work to correct the error promptly!
Are there any items that you won’t deliver?
At this time live goods, frozen supplies, and aquariums and aquarium stands are only available for purchase in-store. Visit us in-store or give us a call to see what we have available!
